I am arriving on the 12th at 9:45 am via Frontier Airlines. As far as work, it is kinda an odd situation, my mom and I own a furniture & clothing consignment store, so my schedule is kind of flexible. I am hoping to be back at work on Monday the 18th, but I will just be sitting, I have more than enough "paper style work" to take care of........... The only problem is, it is a furniture store and people have no regard sometimes, so my mom is making me wear a sign that says " I cannot lift anything, so dont ask me, I just had surgery!" HAHA We will see how it goes : ) Are you a late departure on Saturday? My flight leaves at 6:55pm, and yes, I hope we can stay in our hotel room since technically we have it until the next day anyway.

My nerves are getting to me, I just booked my airline tickets. I understand completely what you are saying, but yes keep in mind why you are doing this. I remember when I had my daughter, they called me in for my c-section, i was crying saying I cant do this, i cant do this, but as soon as that little girl came out 15 minutes later, I was in heaven..... Keep your head up, before you know it you will be done and ready for your new lease on life. Also, I have some friends that have had this procedure done. They both say that the restriction does not bother them, as they are not hungry like they use to be.

It is now official...just booked the airline tickets... I am a 3/13/13 sleever. Yes, moved up 1 day, mainly because flights were half price flying on the 12th and 16th.... I will tell you, that I honestly thought hitting the purchase airline tickets now button would be very exciting for me....I am sick to my stomach, WOW, NOW I am nervous!! Well 3/13/13 sisters, I cannot wait to meet you!!

Okay this may seem stupid....... I have surgery on Thursday March 14th, I will arrive Wednesday the 13th, but what day should I fly back home? I thought it should be Monday, is that correct? Thanks!! I am trying to book my airline tickets tonight, just confusing myself I guess!

I am talking with Alma and hopefully switching from April 3rd to March 14th. I found roundtrip tickets on Southwest for $435 for 2 people, which I was quite happy with!

I am officially scheduled for April 3rd, but I am going to move it up, thinking sometime mid-March! My dad will be coming with me, my husband is being a baby over his vacation time..... LOL Thought about coming alone, my dad is not the greatest person to watch his kids have surgical procedures, was once "removed" from the hospital when I had my tonsils removed, HA HA! Coming out from Denver, researching flights today. Spriit seems to have the best pricing, but that comes with a lay-over in Vegas, which concerns me more on the flight home.

I have researched and gone back and fourth over 2 years. I understand completely that this is not picking out groceries, where you can just go the cheap-o route. However, I have decided on Dr Garcia at MiHosipital. I have read nothing but great reviews about him, his staff and the hospital. I feel completely at ease with my choice. In regards to your family, if you wait for her to come around and be ok with this, you may be waiting for ever.

I am scheduled, April 3rd! I was trying to schedule to where I flew in and out on the cheapest days, haha. I am also at the Mi hospital. My husband does not want to use his vacation time to come with me. My first choice is my mom, but I need someone to watch my daughter while I am there. I may be stuck with my dad, or try and do this alone. Albertagirl, maybe we will see each other!

I am awaiting medical approval from Alma at Ready 4 a change. I am hoping to have a surgery date in the first week of April with Dr Garcia in Tijuana. Hopefully my husband will be coming with me, but he is a workaholic, so we will see.

I am hoping to have more energy and no excuses as to why I can't do something.
