    I started talking my regular meds and pain tabs day 4 post op with no problems. I did use chewable multivitamiins for the first couple of months, before going onto regular ones.

    I am over 2 years out, thought I would get used to the cold by now, but no!! My suggestion, get a good woollen coat, and buy some singlets (never owned any until I was sleeved). Nothing for me to wear a cardigan in the middle of summer if its the slightest bit cool!!

    No, I live in the country, so just to the nearest city which is about a 50 minute drive.

    My dietician set my goal at 75 kgs (165 lbs), thats where I left it and never in my wildest dreams did I ever think I would get there or below. I am now 66 kgs (145 lbs), well under my goal weight. This is too low for me, but have just had plastic surgery and am in recovery. I need to regain a few kgs. I am happy around the 70 kgs (154 lbs) mark, feel great and thats where would like to stay.

    I have been drinking plain old Water since day 1 post op, with no probs what so ever. Nothing tastes any different to me. As for viiamins, I only did chewables for the first 3 months, now just take an ordinary multivit tablet every day.
