Feel Like Needles Are Sticking Out Of Me In Different Spots - What Is This?

Info: Sleeve gastrectomy 9/16/11 No other problems, but for the last few days I have felt needle like pings. My first thought is that the titanium staples have come loose and are floating around in my body. Any ideas? Any others experiencing these symptoms? Many thanks
