Hello everyone, I had my surgery on Nov 8, I've lost 38 lbs. I'm havin a hard time because I'm always hungry and I can't figure out why! It's frusterating, Im stalling for wks, can someone give me a sample menu of what ur eating? My Dr told me protein n produce which i do. I don't think I'm eating many carbs. I know I'm not gettin enough fluids. I dunno what else to try! Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
