    OH Juli, How are you doing on the no sugar thing? I've been talking to babygrl about it and I think I'm going to stop tomorrow (Its only 10 and I've already had my fair share today!). I'm completely addicted and am starting to trade real meals for candy----NOT GOOD!

    Thanks, sorry for badgering you with soo many questions. I only ask about the canned stuff because I have a hard time eating things like peaches and pears now with my restriction, but the canned stuff goes down just fine. I think I'm going to be eating a lot of cheese!

    I can't do meat right now, I rely wayyy tooo much on chicken, but I'm definately going to try the sugar thing. Theres just no reason to eat it. Do you allow yourself canned fruit, or just raw, whole fruit?

    Well, I was going to try getting off sugar. High fructose corn syrup is the devil and completely addictive. But its in almost everything canned or bottled.......Yuck. babygrl, are you gonna check spin out??? I love spin, but I gotta get my ass back in there, I took a 1 week vacation, but I've been eating like shit so tomorrow and sunday I'm spending a lot of time in that gym! Arg!!! I'm checking the book out right now!

    Stefanie, at least you were unconcious, I hate half a pint yesterday and knew everything I was doing. I hadn't had ice cream in over 7 months, and I couldn't eat my dinner, it just would not go down. I'm not even an ice cream person. I just got sooo pissed that I couldn't eat dinner, that I figured what the hell, I'll eat some ben and jerrys.......Damn ben and jerry.

    I was dividing by 13 weeks, end of march. I should fix the ticker to say March. That would give me a goal of approx 55 minutes a day. I do about 2 hrs a week of strength training, so the rest is all cardio. I'll pm you my stats on Saturday when I weigh in....

    I like sparkpeople better, tried both, but in the end I found that I used sparkpeople on a more consistent basis. I like the glass that counts water too, because I always seem to forget to drink in between my meals.

    I don't know much about thyroid issues but I have pcos, and there is a thread on here with a lot of people with pcos and they have lost a lot of weight, so it can be done. Hopefully there is someone out there than can answer the thyroid part of the question for you...

    January Exercise - HAPPY NEW YEAR! :)

    I'm good with March 30th. As you can see from my ticker my exercise goal is 5000 minutes from now till April (or March 30th). I'm also up for losing 30lbs by then as well. I don't know if I can do it, but I'll try like hell! We're doing wedding dress shopping in april and another 30lbs gone would really work for me. I can get an official weight for you on Saturday. I've been nervous to step on the scale since new years, but I know I haven't been eating as much as before this past fill, so I think I'm still on the downward spiral!!!!!!!
