Turns out the shoulder paid was not gas, it was refereed pain from part of my spleen not getting enough blood circulation. I just got out of the hospital and am doing ok now, but part of my spleen is dead due to not getting enough blood during surgery. Pain should go away in another week or 2. I am 14 days post op and am down 40 pounds!
