What Was Your Biggest Surprise Post-Op

Going for VSG on 2/28 and trying to get mentally prepared. Have heard and read a lot but was wondering if any you post-op folks had anything that surprised you or that you experienced after the sleeve that you weren't expecting. Thanks.
