i went to the doc and they took a ton of test and all of the came perfect, and he said no way this is yours, you are to fat to be this healthy, well i was and i am, thank's god! and that's what made me realise i needed to do something, because i don't want to get sick, my grandma has diabeties, kidnies malfunction, hearth conditions and is on dialises, just to name a few conditions and this is because she never did anything about it, so i really know what it's like and i don't want to be there, so i decided i will do this, i let me tell you, the hardest thing is to decide, then everything including the surgery is so easy, yes easy! My recovery is going super fast and i can allready see results, so i hope this helps you in making the best desition in your life! Good luck!

Where can i buy good inexpensive Protein at a store? because i can't buy online my doc only told me whey protein, but i want to know the best brand, taste and flavors before buying a huge tub, and also an unflavored one! Thank's!

i have to take one a day and i'll say get one of each flavor because you kind of get tired of it once you finish a bottle haha and the crazy candy colored ones like purple and blue are good!

i eat because i need it to be healthy, i'm not hungry at all right now! and i have to say i love it and yes everything smells so good, i admit i lick stuff for the taste but i don't actually eat them haha

i have to add that he is super nice and sweet, you will get the best treat and care with him, he is simply the best doctor i know and i feel safe under his care!

i'm sleeved! yay me! i had nausea after recovery for a lil while but they put med in my iv and know i'm perfect! i changed into my yoga pants and shirt and i'm so confy i walked trhu the hospital and went to see the new borns so cute! Happy is all i am now!

Thank you all! i'm so good i went to the mall on saturday and grocery shoping on sunday i can sleep on my side now and play with my dogs a bit it is much easier to move and get up and the insitions are dry and closed, they itch a bit but thats fine and i'm so happy i only have 4 and they are so tiny i wish the best to all of you!

i wish i knew that the little blue colored juice cups they give you to test for leaks in your drain will give me an allergic reaction that made my face totally red and then pell off the entire top layer of skin, this wasn't painfull but it was really anoying, i still have a lil of peelling skin but it is much better. and also that the contrast clear liquit that you have to take to get an x-ray leak test is like acid mixed with windex, totally nasty it just make me so sick i wanted to cry my tummy hated even more than me! this was the worse for me, so i feel lucky because i was nauseos the 1st and 2nd day and they gave me meds and treaded me so well that i never vomited and for that i'm forever thanfull because that was and is my biggest fear.

Thank's i'm much better today without the drain i can move more and be confy!

i'm here 2 days post op and everyone is so sweet and nice, the rooms al clean and modern and the give you just abou anything you need or want. i love my doctors Aceves and Campoes!
