I'm ok a little bit sore in the stomach region lol, sucks being on an IV because I have to get up to pee every half hour! Gotta unplug from the wall, roll over to get up and waddle over to the bathroom lol. -

I cheated with one scrambled egg and mashed potatoes with protein powder twice. Now that i'm almost there I've kinda lost my appetite! -

Had my pre-op with my surgeon yesterday, averaging about a pound a day on the liquid diet. I am very ready for Monday... I have waited for something like this my whole life, now I know why it didn't happen until now, because now I worked really really hard for it. -

On day 6 of pre-op liquid diet. Monday cannot come soon enough. Meet with DR tomorrow am for preop!

the MAIN reason they told me about the 10 day pre-op diet was to shrink your liver so it doesn't be so bloated and get in the way of surgery, so in reality, I look at it as making it easier for the surgeon, and easier for myself afterwards because i'll be used to the liquids. (Frankly anything I can do to make the surgery more successful for him is a no brainer for me!) -

too funny, I did the same thing, got the wonton soup broth, my favorite pho place is over half hour away so I made my own beef stock instead! -
