You should NOT eat sausage, it has too much fat. I have had the same problem. The doctor told me, I was not drinking enough water. So please make sure you are at your proper fluid level.

I was banded on 3/19/07, so far I have only lost 14 pounds. I am somewhat depressed, because I wanted to lose more at a faster rate. Because I have a real addiction to food, I have eaten a few unauthorized items. Can I get some suggestions and words of encouragement.
