I was sleeved on 8/27 I'm down 22 lbs I'm still on mushy foods I mainly eat cottage cheese, egg salad mixed with light salad dressing. I only eat 1/4 cup and I eat 3 times a day. I did make some baked beans today with no meat and I sprinkled some splenda brown sugar on them before baking. Tasted pretty good! Good luck to everyone!!! Belinda
