Ease my mind? Can I tear open my new pouch?

Pouch. Sleeve. Heck, I could have called it Marvin. (And I might!) I appreciate everyone's help. And btw I feel great! -
I got sleeved 5 days ago. I came home from the hospital Thursday, today is Saturday. I just added up what I have been eating realized I am consuming about 100 calories and 12g Protein. I am trying, but I.just can't fit much in my sleeve without feeling sick. Is this normal this soon post-op? Or should I be concerned? I am still on full liquids and move to puree in about 5 days. Thanks.

Thanks for easing my mind a little bit. I apologize that I was totally wrong referring to my "pouch" which was incorrect. Sorry for the confusion. -

I just got home after getting sleeved on Tuesday (3/12). I was given discharge info that addressed what I can eat, and how to care for my incisions, etc. What I'm primarily concerned about is somehow ripping my pouch open. I talked to my nurse and she said just not to use my core, hold a pillow when I cough, things like that. Does anyone know if it's possible to rip open your pouch doing day-to-day activities? I'm afraid to sleep in bed because I worry if I roll around too much something might happen. I'm also afraid to bend over, sit down and stand up... Can anyone offer any advice?
