I did HIIT yesterday, I ran 8, 30 second intervals at full speed while carrying a 20 pound kettle bell. Also walked and pumped the thing various ways for 45 minutes. I followed it up with a nice shake made of ON natural Pro Complex protiend powder, 10 grams of micronized glutamne, natural peanut butter, and no fat milk. At night I took a pack of Animal PM rest and recovery pills. I am feeling pretty good today outside of a bit of soreness in the thighs.
