I had my surgery 9/26 and am losing hair like crazy everything i've read say to keep my protein intake at 80 grams a day it its hard I also take the biotin. hope this is a phase that will pass soon -

I am 12 days out and have greek yougart, suger free pudding and suger free ice cream pops hope this helps.
