Good job Dooter, I stayed at an Holiday Inn last night. As I past the breakfast counter they had some cookies out on the counter. Boy did they looked good. So I had one and took one nibble then though the rest away. I was completely satisfied. Ops I forgot to log it on MFP.

Good morning everyone. I didn't have a good night last night. I past my first kidney stone in thirteen years. I thought is was my crab salad (1st time) I had for dinner. Later that night I past it along with a bunch of blood. So I learned something that I forgot. I like to pass along. Drink your water! It's the best prevention you can do. I know since surgery I could have done better on that. And yes, passing a stone is worse then giving birth. lol

At INT hospital they do not provide tooth brushes or washcloths. Bring your laptop with DVD's because they have like two station that are English sometimes. One is syfi channel. they do hhave wifi but you can't steam ( no youtube or Nit Fick"s ). you can skyp.

When I eat my stomach seams like she want to be part of my conversation I'm having with my wife. It is so loud I can't keep from laughing. Will this ever end? I'm on full liquids now until Tuesday then I'll go to mushy.

Come to think about it my burp does sound different.
