What Is This A Stall Or What? Help
Candyman replied to KinnymomX3's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
First thing, Stalls are completely normal. To get though them you need to change up your retain. Stop drinker Gaterade. Try Cristal Light. and increase your exercise to 4 or 5 time a week. I just start with walking for a half an hour. If your not using MyFitnessPal, start. Most of us here use it for food tracking. There is a form just for them. About vitamins, there are many different kind out there. Many of us use Flintstone Chewable. -

Calling All Patients Of Dr's Ponce, Lopez, Kelly, Garcia And Ortiz...
Candyman replied to Paigers's topic in Mexico & Self-Pay Weight Loss Surgery
I had Dr. Ponce on May 23. I had no problems. The patient coordinator, Trish is the best. I'm still in contact with her and give her update. She has a vary active Facebook page. The hospital is OK and by the way. It's not in a shopping center. If you have specific question send me or O.T.R. Sleever a message. -
The latest study out said that 36% of us regain all or most of our weight back. This is because we don't change our life style and the way we think about food. . We go back to way we were. This sleeve we got is only a tool. NOT a cure. I would go back to your doctor and talk to them. If you went to Mexico. Go see a dietitian. They will help you get back on track. You have just made the first step now. Now get out there and finish it. We will be here for you.

Yes, It's normal not to be hungry. I'm three mouths out and I still have to use a alarm to remind me to eat. I would suggest to put them in a drink bottle and carry them with you. Like your water. Good luck. It will get better and keep a positive attitude. : )

Wow! You look hot! I wonder what your doc said after he said you would loose 50% of your excess weight with the VSG.
-
I have a DVD of my own VSG. It took a while for me to watch it. But it was cool seeing my own insides. I didn't realize how much fat I had around my organs.
-
Good luck! By the way I had no gas pain at all. I was on pain med for the first night and that was it. So think positive and surgery will be a piece of cake.

Can't Make Up My Mind......kinda Long
Candyman replied to sleevehopefull27's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I got no support from my family. I just stop talking about it. If someone made a comment about it I would say " I 'm just thinking about it" and thank them for there concern. Then just go when the date comes. It's none of there business. This is for you and your daughter. -
