Believe it or not, this is my first post! I've had the same issue with 205...then 195...and now 185! I'm no dietician, but I think you may not be eating enough and not be getting enough protein. For each plateau, I included 3-4 servings of Unjury protein shakes along with my healthy lunch and dinner...within 3-5 days, I was losing weight again. Hope this helps!
