I started my Pre- opt diet today and it’s been SOOOOOOOOOOO HARD! I am currently doing the 2 meal replacements a day and one small meal plan. Today was my departments Holiday party and they had tons of great amazing foods/ cocktails that I really wanted to eat/drink! I opted for some fresh greens with 2 tbs of feta, veggies, two slice of lean turkey and I had a cookie. I feel ok but this is going to be extremely challenging especially during the holidays. I have 3 major events to attend and they all involve food. I really need to keep positive !
