  1. Mine changed after losing 60. Very odd.
  2. How far out did most people stop taking them?I'm four months and stopped at two but felt sick so went back on them. I never had issues pre surgery.
  3. I agree I'd find a new PCP. Mine is very supportive, and it makes all the difference.
  4. A bezoar (/ˈbiːzɔər/, from Persian bazahr, "antidote") is a mass found trapped in the gastrointestinal system (usually the stomach), [2] though it can occur in other locations. [3][4] A pseudobezoar is an indigestible object introduced intentionally into the digestive system. [5] There are several varieties of bezoar, some of which have inorganic constituents and others organic.
  5. It causes a bezoar in your stomach. You can drink the milk or water, but we are supposed to avoid the coconut meat. Same thing with celery. That being said others eat it without an issue, but I don't. I will peel the strings off celery and eat it though.
  6. It absolutely gets easier and better. Hang in there.
  7. I have been stuck at 178 for weeks too and I'm about four months out. I barely eat and when I work out I swear I gain. I do feel like I'm losing muscle now even though I swim a lot.
  8. I'm four months post op and can only eat about a quarter of a lean cuisine and nothing else. I'm supposed to be eating 1000 calories a day but it's impossible for me. I think I have an abnormal amount if restriction though. It takes me four meals to get through six inches of subway others at my stage can eat the entire thing.

  12. In a heartbeat, down about sixty pounds at four months and less than thirty from goal. I was back swimming at two months post op and feel very normal.

I had the exact same worry. Trust me you'll feel it when you eat solids. I still can barely eat a few Tbs and I'm four months out.

  23. Hi sleeve sister (1/25) you are doing better than I am, lol. I am hovering around down 50. I lose 10 and stall for weeks over and over, but I'll take any loss. I hope the losses pick up for both of us. Hang in there.
