I think everything. But seeing the scale finally move down and being able to finally be honest with myself. I'm proud I got over my fear of drs and took this step to make my life better. I'm looking forward to not running from every camera! I'm hoping to have a family photo done it's been seven years! -

I find it very helpful. There is also group training at my gym and that has been good too. Of course I lover swimming too, the suit not so much. -

I'm sorry that is happening. I did not, but at seven weeks two smaller ones still have scabs. One opened at the hospital and is still healing.

Was sleeved 1/25 lost for two weeks and gained five and stalled for three weeks. Finally losing again. I thought I might never lose again. Hang in there. -

I wanted to know if I'd have a drain or catheter. I had neither. He also didn't use a bougie. I'd ask how many leaks they've had and what are the most common complications.

I had the same issue and was ready to go back to the surgeon then it stopped. I think I over did working out or it was gas. I hope it goes away soon for you too. Best wishes.

I was released to swim at two weeks, but it seems a bit early. I have been swimming almost daily for 60/70 min per day since. I'm five weeks out. -

I got off shortly after surgery. I was 160/110 without meds and now I'm 120/70 usually without meds and I'm only down about 26 pounds. Been stalled three weeks ugh. -
