The Scale Is Broken! A Story About Stalls...
Swimmer replied to Lilee84's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
For those in an early stall hang in there! I gained six pounds and stalled around there weeks out for about a month, very frustrating! But I had no choice but to keep going and I'm so glad because it did break and I was feeling so low like I did all this for a few pounds. Keep the faith and do the right things I promise you aren't the only one. It will work so stay positive! -

This is the part I dread the most, though I thankfully have thick hair. Has anybody a year out or more not had to deal with this?
-
Welcome and enjoy the journey. It's for life though I had a hard time being patient with the process and jumping through hoops. So glad I did though and you will be too!

I'm doing great down 32 and been working out hard since week two. I eat mostly chicken or tuna. I have started eating small amounts of salads too. I try different things though I can't eat much of anything and that's wonderful. Enjoying the journey for sure.

Swimmer replied to megannadine's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Me! Two pounds to go! I thought I was going to hit it really fast then a gain and stall hit. Praying I hit it this week! It's a big goal for me, then 175 because I will no longer be obese!
