How many of you got to WLS support groups? I'm able to attend 3-4 a month and very rarely miss out. We cheer each other on and help the pre-op patients with support and questions. I find this extremely helpful and so do those that attend regularly.
My surgeons office hosts a support group once a month. I have been going for a few months - even before I was approved. I have found it to be so helpful, and supportive. It's really nice to meet people from your area, who are going through the same thing as you. Love it.
