So, today I began my exercise regimen. I was only able to do a little more than 5 minutes on the bike-but hey I haven't exercised in more than 5 months. I am planning to get back on in a few and do as long as I can again. Maybe tomorrow I will be able to build up to 10 minutes at a time and so on & so forth. It's time to be very honest with myself, as I usually don't disclose alot of details about these kinda thing to anyone, even myself. It was always, "oh tomorrow I will try" or "climbing t...
