  6. Home from a very happy night out with my 2 besties- Jen & Billie - had so much fun! Next time, it will be even better cuz I won't be on this rigid diet. All in all, it was quite nice to spend some quality time with people that I know are true and good to me. xoxo

  9. So, my bestie Billie took me to Sam's club today and now I am in love hahaha So many good deals! Only sad thing is, they don't accept coupons. But, they have a huge selection of everything!!! Tons of healthy choices for cheaper than most places. Okay, I know I'm a nerd for having fun at a Sam's Club, but I live in Zanesville...just remember that lol

  10. whoa checked my stats on myfitnesspal and damn I have only eatin 740 calories today. Woohoo. Waaaaaay below the 3,040 limit they gave me based on my height/weight...kickin ass ppl kickin ass!

  11. Not going to let the piles of bills and homework keep me down. Oh no, this is my time to focus on my health & celebrate my new beginning, wohoo only 19 days to go!

  12. I overslept! Now I have to rush to get everything done before class at 2. Oh how my life would be easier if my printer didn't back talk me all the time. I go to print my hw and it rudely says "scan this not aligned" i do, and it still just prints out the same page "scan this not aligned" but the 2nd time it seems to have much more attitude...

  13. I love myfitnesspal. I didn't think it would do anything for me, but being able to track everything I eat and seeing what it adds up to...well it helps you to know if you should scale back on certain things, add certain things, or celebrate. This preop diet doesn't seem so scary now, thanks to my new lil buddy haha Only 20 days to go!!!!

    Technically I don't have to start my preop diet until the 2nd, but since my bmi is so high (68) I decided to start cutting down on my portion sizes this week, and uping my protein intake as well. It's hard cuz i am never full, but I am trying my best. I eat about 2,200-2500 caloires a day-all from healthy foods-which is good for me cuz i usually eat like seriously 5,000-9,000 calories a day! i eat lots of sugar free popsicles to help get me through the cravings, also coffee w/splenda helps me feel full, as does adding spinach leaves to all my meals to turn it into a salad of sorts. Next week I will be replacing one meal a day with protein shakes, and the next week 2 meals a day and so forth. This has got to be the hardest part of this journey!

  19. I feel like taking a nap. Sadly, sleep escapes me. I have to review for the test in class tonight, pick up the girls & take them to their night sitter, and finish up some hw. Mondays are my on-the-go days and boy it's gonna take some getting use to...

  20. So, today I began my exercise regimen. I was only able to do a little more than 5 minutes on the bike-but hey I haven't exercised in more than 5 months. I am planning to get back on in a few and do as long as I can again. Maybe tomorrow I will be able to build up to 10 minutes at a time and so on & so forth. It's time to be very honest with myself, as I usually don't disclose alot of details about these kinda thing to anyone, even myself. It was always, "oh tomorrow I will try" or "climbing t...
