I don't frequent the board enough there are so many wonderful stories, of success, so figured I'd share mine.. I had the operation on march 12th of this year, started at 347lbs pre op, now I'm 224lbs, and feel great.. My ideal weight is 190lbs but i want 215 or so.. to hit that in under a year is amazing.. It's been amazing, not much as a single issue, haven't even had any nausea since the first time I woke up from my surgery.. Eating has been a learning experience, since I was a big eater, and enjoyed food.. Now I cherish a ice cream sandwich every now and then.. I have bat loads more energy, and my job has benefited from my productivity.. I read a lot of treads on here bout eating, and stuff and they were a tremendous help.. And for that I thank you guys! Well anyway here's a before and a after... Thanks again...

That's funny, I'm the only illusionalta, I joined that site 32 months ago apparently, never used it.. Most likely In one of my many failed weight loss regimens.. Lol maybe ill keep track although my diet isn't as fabulous as others might imagine it to be.. I have no ass I've lost my buttocks! My ol lady just confirmed it I need implants now I guess

My weight was 347, day of surgery was 336, I count the start of my journey as my start weight.. I honestly don't have a magical diet, I stay very active.. And pretty much eat what I want.. My portions are tiny, but I feel the key to my success is activity..

Losing weight is similar to rolling a ball up a hill and down the other side.. It's slow goin up, then it'll almost stall at the peak then once u hit the slope it'll all come together. Just keep doin what your doing.. And stay active which is most important..

It gets easier, you'll live like you never thought u could.. Best decision of my life. Down 128lbs, and still goin!!!
