Scale Doesnt Seem To Be Moving

Well atleast it didn't happen after 1 week like meeee. Although wiyh pre and post op I've lost 15, but the scale hasn't moved in 4 days and I'm only 10 days out -
O ya and where I feel the pain and pressure gas bubble feeling is below where my stomach is by about 3-4" inches... so I'm guessing my stomach is OK I'm just FOS hehe

One thing I also thought of is that I have worn jeans for the past two days plus my bowels aren't up to par yet ...so no jeans for a bit longer and I took some MOM. I work as an xray tech so I went and had abdomen xray and I was full of poo and gas... the staples are SOOOO tiny we had to zoom in on it to even see it. Weird! LOL

I have that same pain on the left, had surg 2-6 and been doing fine and feeling OK no problems drinking at all...then this dull almost constant achey pain in my upper left abdomen started yesterday. No other changes or pains and no fever... but I was starting to freak out until I read a couple post with ppl having the same thing...whewww thank goodness! I thought something was wring with me

I was sleeved on the 6th and I have the same thing, just started yesterday, It's like a dull constant ache in that same spot on the left upper area of my abdomen in the stomach area. NO other symptoms and no fever...nothing.

I have a 90# St. Bernard and she's a big baby who loves to love on us ...so I'm trying to figure out ways to deal with her but not totally just stick her outside and ignore her for weeks til I'm more well and able to tend to her. She's good about sitting and not jumping on you mostly unless she's really excited! lol -

She's done pretty good, she hasn't been too rough and atleast she does sit when told. I was so happy to get the dang drain out Tues. I kept it tucked in my undies bc I'm short and the tube was alittle long LOL I was so worried it would be hanging out and the dog would snag it...thank goodness that DIDNT happen!!! -
Dear God, please grant me patience today, because if you grant me strength, I'm going to need help to hide the bodies. Amen!

Had my 1st post op visit today and got the dang drain out! soooo glad of that. No problems so far, been able to drink good and started full liquids yesterday. Dr, said everything is looking good! He did send me to have a CBC and a UA though since my pulse was high and my temp was 99.2. They were fine though I think I was just nervous to have the drain out LOL With the preop and post op weight loss I"m down #15... so that works for me, wish it was more but hey it will keep going down...and I will be where I wanna be in no time keeping my eye on the prize ! -

My doctors instructions and everything else I have found has what to eat but doesn't give me like specific amounts... any tips or ideas? I have been getting the liquids down just fine...takes me about 45 min to an hour for 10 oz bottle of G2. And the little bit of cream soups Ive tried just today I would say I ate about 2.5 very slow, took me about 30 min. So let me know what ya'll know!!! thanks! -

I am on nexium, and I'm not hungry but when I do eat I want to make sure I don't accidentally eat too much. This morning I had 1/8 cup of cream o wheat, took me about 30 min to eat. Had my 1st follow up and drain removed, thank goodness! I was just wondering about how much to eat at a time bc none of the info had anything specific. Thanks for all the info! -
WTH is it with men and reading directions??? Had 3 men in my shower putting up new fixture.... Get done STILL barely any hot water! So I actually read the directions and Scott has it adjusted and fixed in minutes.. Go figure!!!!

I have been able to eat ice chips the 1st day, started clears the 2nd day and have had NO problems. Of course I can only drink about 2 oz at a time but it doesn't hurt me. Today I took a shower put on make up and went to town with hubby, ran a couple of errands and went to Luby's he ate chicken fried steak of course and I got a cup of soup and sipped a few spoonfulls of the broth. I'm just afraid of somehow accidentally hurting myself! that's the scary part! I'm feeling pretty good over all just still pretty sore so I have been walking laps around my driveway and like today walked in petco and my driveway. I go to the Dr. Tues. to get this dang drain out and check up...but I just wanted to get some input on here...thanks guys! -
Holy cow! WHYYYYY have I been up since 5???? I hate to get up early and it's not like I can do much... Guess I'll just watch TV.

I seem fine, yesterday started having these almost menstral type cramps where my stomach is/was...comes in waves twinges 3-4 times then gone again. It's almost like it's contracting down or peristalsis is starting??? anyone else feel this? other wise I feel fine and nothing else has changed or is new...just this...maybe my stomach is waking up??? -

Anyone else recently sleeved have cramps like where you stomach is/was... it feels almost like menstral cramps kinda comes in waves 3-4 twinges then gone again ....real weird! mostly soon after i drink but sometimes just out of the blue???? -

Cool bc I do like to drink water and tea all day at work! I don't go back til the 3rd but I'm glad I don't have to worry about getting dehydrated. I just don't want to spring a leak from drinking too much -

I was sleeved the 6th also and I feel like I can drink too much, it's weird how we are all soooo different! so far I haven't noticed any changes in my taste, but I will see when I start the actual shakes and stuff. -
I had my surgery Monday 2-6, so I don't know about long term yet! But I have not been hungry at all...yes when my hubby and kids are in the car eating McD's my stomach growls but I know it's just the smell. Plus I can't eat that any time soon! But everyone I personally know who's done this surg is so glad they did. My daughters new homebound teacher had it last Jan. she has lost #125 w/o really exercising just being more mobile from weight loss and she said she does graze all day just to be able to get her protein in each day. Her main reason for choosing the sleeve was that once healed she could still go out and eat with family and friends...although eat MUCH less at one time ... I'm looking forward to those days myself hope this helps!

Thanks for all your help! I just get worried that I mite cause a leak, I'm taking it slow and easy though and trying to make sure I don't drink too much too fast. Thanks again, it just feels good to say it's DONE and I'm on the mend
