Made it thru the 1st day at the gym. Walked an hour,did some weights, crunches and sauna. I'm sure I'll pay for it tomorrow but it wasn't too bad!

I'm 5'0" and was 205 now 160. Still top heavy also. My sister says we are built like line backers lol. I have not exercised consistently yet but I hope when I get to what I wanna weigh I'll be more proportioned there is a thread for shorties 5'2" and under of u search for it. The same 3-4 weeks. It felt like stomach spasm/cramps when I ate any thing and sometime when I would drink also. It ati does occasionally when I eat like HOT soup and I'm almost 4 mo out. Sent from my iPhone using VST -
I only drink socially as well and maybe 4-6 times a year usually I agree w the other poster 1 stiff drink and I'm tipsy. I drank about 6 wk out just a tiny bit. Then about 2.5 mo out at a wedding. I was fine spaced out the small 6-8 oz cups I had about 1.5-2 hrs apart. Then about 2 wks ago i had 1 Shot of tequilla at a friends and i was loopy in 5 min but it only lasted anout 30 min No problems! Sent from my iPhone using VST

I have BCBS as my primary and secondary ins When I had gotten approved by my primary I had no idea my 2nd would cover anything. Then I decided to submit ot and they did! So both covered me and the wait on the BCBS TX was only about 2-3 weeks. Sent from my iPhone using VST
