Honey I feel so bad for you. I had some complications too after surgery but they don't compare to yours. I hope you are recovered by now. Try to get rest.

Bedhead - I'm glad you are doing better. Complications are tough to handle especially when you do all the things you're supposed to.

Glad ours went well. Hearing my roommate cry all night would have freaked me out!

Leah - Thanks for responding. I guess we are part of the unlucky group but thanks for the encouragement. Luckily, I haven't had much pain but the nausea has more than made up for that. Dairy did me in today too. Not sure if it was dairy or the Protein or both but my tummy was not happy. When was you surgery date? Mine was 3/21. I hope we both feel better very soon. Hi Everyone, Thanks for the encouragement. It is a strange comfort knowing that I'm not alone right now with all these complications. I'm till only getting in half of the fluids required. I got in about 35 ozs today. Louise - I tried making some frozen Protein pops with milk. Big mistake! I only ate about one or two bites that had melted in my mouth. I got a weird hot feeling then my tummy started churning. In and out of the bathroom for several hours. Not sure if it's the beginning of lactose intolerance or the Protein powder.

I wonder if the French Onion soup from Panera is a good choice. Skip the croutons and add some unflavored protein. It has cheese that counts toward protein.

I just tried milk with some Unjury. I only had a couple of bites but my tummy was not happy about it. Within minutes I was feeling hot and my tummy was churning. I don't know if its lactose related or not. Never had any milk issues before surgery...idk...

I get my sleevie tomorrow morning!!! I have to arrive at 5:30 am tomorrow. First one out of the shoot. Thank you all for the knowledge and friendship I have gained in the past few months. I look forward to starting my new chapter tomorrow. I started pursuing the sleeve back in August 2011. Can't believe my sleeve day is also here!!!!

That is wonderful news! You did the right thing by calling the doctor. Now you can rest assured there is no leak.

eylish - Glad it went well! I'm going to struggle with missing my kiddos too. Tomorrow is my sleevie day. Spending two nights away from my babies is going to be very hard. Hope you enjoyed Mexico. Safe travels!
