I have not lost any weight in 6 days. I am so scared that I will gain weight. I still have restriction but I have not had my first fill. I hope I will have much more restriction than I do now. Let me know if any one has any advice for continued weight loss.. My first fill is not until July 5th..

I am very nervous about my lap band on May 17th and I am kind of worried that I can not last on the 10 day pre op diet of mostly liquids. Any advice.
