Chad my staples are greek yogurt, morningstar veggie burgers, bagged potatoe wedges i can put in oven(switching to roasting sweet potatoes with spleda mix brown sugar) and 1 egg omlettea with turkey sausage and cheddar cheese. (And an avacado on hard workout days) and those steamer veggie things. I am now really thinking of juicing a veggie shake a day and adding fiber supp to it. I love nuts but can eat so many of them i dont likw to buy them. And ofcourse i dont eat great everyday just when i eat crappy now i cant eat alot. Portion is about 1 veggie patty and 1 cup of cooked veggies over 20 mins then im stuffed. Although today inate about 2 cups mashed potatoes 7 big shrimp and an 8 oz filet in 2.5 sittings lol. And i eat anout 5 times a day -

I really didnt do anything extra to keep muscle just lift. I have always had alot of muscle, but did lose strength throug all this. I am in the process of regaining that strength. I was a power lifter when i was younger so i think starting with alot more muscle helped me our alot. And yes it gets easier to bulk im doing about 120-140 grams of protein a day and 1700-2200 cals -

Thanks everyone it feels good to show off, and hopefully excite someone checking out the forum thinking of getting sleeve, i know i spent alot of time creeping around here. This has been the easiest way to lose weight ever its the cure to obesity i beleive. Anyway my doc was dr alan sabre i beleive he is in new york now he was at university hospitals in cleveland. He pioneered a single incision technique so if u can look him up, he is amazing. -
33 Year Old Males Story

I started out walking then jogging a quarter mile working my way to 3 miles, i made sure i took the stairs most of the time, and parked at the far end of all parking lots. On my breaks i would just try to make up things to walk for such as leave things in my car i l knew i would need then walk and get them. Ive been lazy latley but my workout routine example would be now 2 mile jog at 6mph then 30 mins of weight training, then 15 mins on bike or elyptical, then on a good day a half mile swim -
Hello everyone i have posted on here before. I had the sleeve march 22 2012, so its been roughly 8 months. My starting weight was 350 im right around 230 ish now. I went from a 46 inch waist to 34 inch. I eat what i want now and do not crave many bad foods as i did before. And if i do it is much easier to say no. Anyway it has been awsum, and am super happy with it.

So im down 90 pounds since march 21 2012. 3 weeks ago i really started working out heavy as in 2 mile jog, 1 mile eliptical, 30 mins weights, 10 min core, half mile swim approx 5 days a week. I eat around 1600 cals a day with 90-100 grams of protein. I have been between 240 and 244 for like a freaking month and cannot break it. This is my first stall. My nut said up cals 300 or so on workout days. Any suggs or words of encouragement

O im 8 weeks post op and i feel great. Except my belly button were they did surgery is leaking blood and fluid and some green stuff. It is constantly wet. I could push on it and it would fill up. My surgeon is baffled i went in today for wound exploration surgery waited 7 hrs only to he sent home becuzz of no operating rooms. And surgeon saw a piece of dried greenstuff it looked like seaweed and said this worries him maybe leaky bowel or infection. But ive been on antibiotics for ten days and fluid does not stink anymore. Oh and the ct scan showed no major abcesses any suggestions This is what ive been dealing with for the last 2 weeks just finished up antibiotics talked to surgeon today and is going to hold of on surgery due to the leaking has significantly slowe in the past 30 hrs plan b is anothet ct scan and opening it up -
