I am way to happy, loved, blessed and succesful to be fat anymore.  Therefore, I have decided to get the Gastric Sleeve.  I am not familiar with the extremly large woman in the mirror and I am so over dieting loosing then gaining over and over again.  Lost 60 pounds prior to having my last child (14 months) just to gain 70 while pregnant.  This is absolutley the right thing for me and my family, I pray the necessary steps prior to surgery don't drag on.  I am self pay, so we will see.  I am looking forward to being on this site and sharing with others who know exactly what I have felt, am feeling and will be feeling.  Hello All!
