Hi there, I was just wondering what type of multi Vitamins everyone else in taking. Or do you take one at all? Right now I am using Nature's Own Multi Vitamin Plus Fish Oil (Omega 3) it's OK but I am sure that there must be something better. I feel like it's not doing anything for me. Thanks for any advice in advance. Angela

Hi my is Angela and I live in New Norfolk, Tasmania. With my hubby and five children. I was banned on the 25 of November 2005 at a starting weigh of 101kg and now weigh in at 73kg. I have just found this site, an buy what I have seen so far I wish I had found it sooner. Chat with you soon, Angela.
