Hi there, I was just wondering what type of multi Vitamins everyone else in taking. Or do you take one at all? Right now I am using Nature's Own Multi Vitamin Plus Fish Oil (Omega 3) it's OK but I am sure that there must be something better. I feel like it's not doing anything for me.
