I think it was Sunny that said she lives next to hell. That makes us neighbors cause this is hell. One good thing about this two story house is two ACs, if one breaks we got a backup plan. Hi Everybody, I had my post-op appointment today. The nurse took off my tape on my cuts. The port cut has a small piece that hasn't healed all the way. I broke out in a cold sweat cause I thought it was gonna hurt when she was pulling off the tape. So I can't remember what rules she said. After, me and my daughter went to the mall. I have to say, I didn't feel good walking. My chest hurts front and back. I had to come home and take tylenol. It started hurting yesterday. Thank God I didn't have to go back to work yet. Shannon I have the new band. The fill area is 360 degrees. The other band just has a little less cause of the clip thing on the side. You can search the web for pictures.

They had a young girl on the news here months ago, her name is Katrina and her birthday is 8/29. YIKES!!!! Aunt Flo also came over the day after surgery. I'm just glad she didn't come before. Ruby - I am also having trouble eating what the diet says to eat. I make something,, then I can't eat it - cause it's gross, I blended some vegetable soup, smelled o.k., yet gross, threw it out., I then tried potato soup, smelled o.k., yep still gross, I got a few spoofuls in. Even my protien drinks taste like sh#@. I liked them before. What is going on? Everything I taste is yucky. I can't start mushes till Tues. Cate54 - I hope you feel better soon. Are you taking pain meds from the doc? Maybe they are making you sick?

How Bizarre? Me and DH went to Red Lobster Thursday after my pre-op. I'm using my daughter's lap top right now. I hate it. I can only type with one finger. My children gave me roses and a get well card. It is musical. Julie Andrews singing a spoon full of suger. I love it!

Going back to bed, night all, my pain meds. are kicking in.

Chim and everyone up for tomorrow, it was a breeze at the hospital today. Everyone was so nice, the doc put the mask on my face and I don't remember anything else. I am sore now, I'm taking my pain meds. Lynette - Did you do a disk cleanup on your computer? You have to do it every so often.

Dini - The doc says it her tore ...... it can't be fixed. If he tore the ......, then it can be scoped. Or if he didn't tear anything it may just need time to heal. He said he could drain it with a needle to relieve the pressure, thus relieving some pain. We said nannn, we'll pass on that.

Hi everyone, Me and DH just got back from the ortho. Doc said since it's swollen he probably tore something. He needs to get a MRI, but not tomorrow, I'm busy. While we were waiting for the doctor, DH says, "I shouldn't have played yesterday, my back was still hurting." I'm thinking, YA THINK!! DUH!! I guess the kids can help us recover, thank goodness it's summer. I'm cooking a big ol pot of red beans the family can eat for a few days. Ya think I can put red beans in the blender for my mushy stage? Dini - Girl, You're Gorgeous!!!!! You have hair like my daughter. Her's is a little lighter. For Halloween she died it black, it was supposed to wash out, but it didn't. It actually stayed black longer than the permanant blacks. They fade to reddish. I used to dye my DH's cause he's going gray. I gave up. It was too hard to keep up with.
