Hi! So excited I found this site! I live in Gresham, OR. I had my sleeve done by Dr. Ortiz in Tiajuana, MX in June. It was the best thing I have ever done! Let me know if you get a group together.

Mine have always been normal, like clockwork prior to surgery. I started about 5 days after surgery. It was extremely heavy for about 3 days and then leveled out. Instead of my normal 6-7 day, it was 8. Then the following month I started a couple days early, same scenario. Really, extemely heavy first 4days then tappered off to normal then light; but SURPRISE IT KEPT GOING AND GOING. I went for 16 or 17 days. I thought I would loose my mind. I am between doctors due loosing my insurance/Kaiser (took a year off to get healthy and have surgery). I am 47 and like you I don't know if this is menopause or what. It's almost that time again......UGGGHHHH. If it happens again I will be seeing a doctor. This is definitely something I cannot live with!!!! Please let me know how it goes for you. Good luck!!

Had my surgery on a Tuesday, on Thursday had a dizzy/weak spell. I thought I has just overdone it. Later, decided it might be bp so took 1/4 pill that evening. Next day same dizzy spell just not as bad. That evening I decided not to take the pill. Saturday mornng saw doc, he said no more bp pills! My bp had been 194/97 with meds the month before surgery. When the doc took me off pills that morning my bp was 113/77. I had been on bp meds for 27 years!!! Lovin' my sleeve.
