I agree with Indymom,your Nut should help you with that,also if you can track your calories in my fitness pal on your phone or any other website would be very helpful. I am 6 weeks post op like you and I am having about 900 Calories per day,65 g of protein and I am trying to limit my carbs or sugars. They told me 600-900 calories per day at my stage would be good.
