Is only 100 calories per scoop and 0 carbs and 23 g of protein . No sugar. I'm very careful with my calories hun :smile1: I track them daily . I will find a picture so you can see the can :smile1: is really yummy -

I don't know if lost weight with the citrate ,I did not weight myself after and they did not weight me in the day of my surgery which was the next day =) -

I am almost 3 months post op and I am satisfy with 2 oz of meats etc :smile1: Your life won't be the same after surgery :smile1: Yes you can still be hungry a little but you will be surprise with the amount you are going to eat and get satisfy :smile1: -
