    Yes I do exercise 5 times a week , cardio at least 35-60 minute and weights Every other day . Exercise has helped me out a lot . I pretty much eat everything lol. I try to stick with Protein first , Low carbs no more than 40 g a day . Around 800 calories daily . And I'm getting 60-70 g of protein a day. As for Snacks , Lots of low fat cheese , tuna, fat free deli meats and low carb Protein Bars .   9. YES I am always freezing my butt,before surgery I was never cold lol Not that I am complaining I take the cold over the 58 lbs that i had extra LOL

So the 23rd this month is going to be my 3 months mark.I had my follow up appointment today , a few days early .Well I'm thrilled to say that lab results were excellent and for the first time in more than 7 years , I'm officially NO LONGER, insulin resistant :) I do have PCOS and my symptoms improved a lot. It's been an amazing journey so far . My total lost is 57 lbs including pre op diet and I have only 29 lbs more to go. Even that I started with a "low" BMI of 38,It hasn't been easy. I'm busting my butt at the gym 5 times a week. Exercise has been very important for my success , and I'm looking forward to continue exercising So far my surgeon said I had lost about 60% off my excess weight .What else I can say , I LOVE my sleeve , I'm having more energy and even my libido is now high lol . Thank you sleevie!!!

    Depression After Gastric Sleeve Surgery

    I have to add on here that I think exercise is a great way to help with depression :) It works for me,if I feel down I go and work and then later everything feels so different. I feel like I accomplish something important in my life

    Weights First Then Cardio?

    My trainer told me to do at least 15 minutes cardio to warm up then I do the weights with her and then I can add 30 minutes or so cardio
