I have bought Campbell's bean with bacon soup and cream of potato soup. I blend it in the blender and then heat it up in a coffee cup to drink. It is much more satisfying than the other types of boxed creamed soups. I also have a protein shake in the morning. I put a 90 calorie yoplait yogurt, and 1 cup of non fat milk, 1 scoop of protein powder, and some frozen fruit. My nutritionist said that was o.k. to have. In the evenings I have 1 protein drink from a container (premier) and some more soup. I'm hungry all the time, I'm hoping it will start to get better soon.
