I just learned a new trick .. I take a isopure drink (one of the flavored ones, like apple/melon) and put them in little freeze-pops ... I make 8 pops out of 1 20oz jar which is 40g protein. Then when ready, I can just have one at a time throughout the day -- and if I'm lucky enough to be able to get 8 pops in, that's 40g of protein right there ... even if I only get let's say 3 in a day, that's an additional 15 g of protein I can add into whatever else I'm doing. :-)
