Hello All, I'm trying to find a Protein drink that is lactose free. I've tried some Protein drinks including some that claim to be OK for lactose intolerant people and no such luck. My nutritionist had originally suggested Boost Glucose Control but I didn't tolerate it well. Then I tried Ensure Plus and had the same results. I need to find something my body can tolerate and hopefully taste okay too. Any suggestions? Divis :help:

I'm in the same boat as you regarding BCBSIL. I was ready to submit my paperwork when they changed from 3 to 6 months. I have just recently finished my 6 months and as of today am re-submitting my paperwork. Now it's time for the waiting game. :confused_smile: I wish you lots of luck! Hello All, I'm a newbie in search of some guidance. I'm on the 4th month of 6 months Medical Supervised Diet. If all goes well Dr. Rendon in Loma Linda, Ca. will be doing my surgery. I've had some set backs with my ins BCBSIL who is now requiring 6 months instead of 3 months. But I figure it's worth the wait. Any tips are appreciated. Thanks, Divis :heart: -
