I keep cheating a little every day on my pre op diet. I am not supposed to have solid food and I had some salmon yesterday, a small salad with a little chicken today and some fruit. They have all been very small portions but I can't handle only the protein shakes. Has anyone else had this much trouble on the pre op diet?
