so. damn. tired! I still haven't recovered from the weekend and trekking around the city with Mia today didn't help - but boy did we have a good time together :-)

Happy New Year everyone - had a wonderful day with my little family at the pool. Wonder what we should do tomorrow when it'll be 40 degrees!!! Maybe just shopping centre I think...

Just realised zoe is 11months old today. Only one month left of official babyhood... goes too quickly!

Just finished making home-made rocky road ice cream for Sunday, using One Sweet Girl's devine rocky road (which I am sure contains her special rosewater marshmallow?). Next I am tackling the trifle tomorrow.

Totally thought it was Friday today and even bought a challah!! Zoe is now enjoying some instead and will buy a new one tomorrow lol

My amazing husband surprised me yesterday with a brilliant chanukah present - a new lowepro x200 camera bag that I have been lusting after. Now my back doesn't have to die whenever I need to lug my gear around... I can just roll it around. And the bag even doubles as a tripod or light stand - brilliant! Love it, thanks Eddy Biderovsky

My main editing computer has crashed- too many sessions on the hard drive, hahaha... I've been way too busy and not deleting quickly enough. I guess that's a sign to go to bed though... CBF fixing it now!

Does anyone by any chance have one of those big wrought iron tubs that I could borrow for a shoot next week - needs to be big enough for a 15 month old to stand in. Would be EVER so grateful :-)

How far out were you before you started to feel real hunger?

I am 2.5 weeks out and the first week that I was on just liquids I felt starving the whole week. I was really panicking. Then I started eating some purees and it was great, I felt full and rarely felt hungry. Now that my stomach seems to be used to the purees, I feel hungry again after like 2 hours. An example of what I ate for dinner - I small fish fillet, minced up. about 1-2 tablespoons pureed veggies with cheese. I was full straight after I ate at 7:30pm... it's now nearly 9:30 and I feel hungry again. This can't be normal, can it? How far out from the op did you start feeling hunger again? -

Thanks for all the feedback guys - I really appreciate it. I really need to discover if it's head hunger or acid, cause I can easily go to bed without eating and then wake up in the morning and still not feel hungry. I guess it's all still a learning process and I am just learning what each feeling really feels like... or trying to anyway, lol. -

Thanks guys :-) I probably don't drink enough Water.... rrunning around after two little ones, by the time I remember to drink, it's too close to a meal time and I can't drink. But, just had a big glass of water and tummy was still growling, so warmed up some more mashed veggies. I hope my sleeve is not too "big". If I am already feeling hunger this soon after my surgery, i am really concerned
