I chart my loss on myfitnesspal.com. (I'm irishfanvsg on there) It is my food log too. It makes it easy to track protein as well. I started at 282. I had surgery 7/13/11 and now am 197. Lost about 85. I've been stalled for almost a month. It was recommended to me to up my calories to 1200 (was btw 800-900) and try for 100 grams of protein. I'm gonna try it. I did concentrate on my water and that has helped as well.
