Hi there. I was sleeved August 31st and so far I've lost 29lbs. Right now I'm experiencing my first stall, but the great thing is thanks to this forum I'm prepared. I started excersing again on Sunday and my body feels pretty good. My goal is to workout 5 days a week, cardio, weights, and Bikram Yoga. As far as food goes, I'm probably not doing the best. I'm finding it hard to get in the required protein while on the mushy diet. My menu currently consists of greek yogurt, cheese, soup, mashed potatoes, broccoli, peaches, oatmeal, grits, beans and boost protein shakes. I've been a tad frustrated with the mushies because they seem to go right through and the hungry comes raging back. I go back to the doc on Monday and I should be able to advance my diet, and I'm hoping I'll do a better job at meeting my protein goal.
