Hey Tami....I got the same insurance as you do. I'm in the process of going from a lap band to the sleeve. Did you get any aswers to the approval of the sleeve or not? I'm wondering this too. If it doesn't cover it, I'll be getting the bypass, which it does cover. Any thing you have found out would be appreciated. Thanks so much! Janine
