Had my 4 week appointment today!! My weight loss slowed cuz im making muscles lol. I lost 10 pounds since my 2 week appointment. I was mad, but when they said it was normal the second 2 weeks to slow because of excercising, i was ok. I ate my first "regular meal" tonihgt, a turkey meatball and 5 green beans, it looked so lonely on the plate lmao, but i couldn't finish it i got full! I'm excited about my future. Now if i could do those jumping jacks without my um up...
