I've been busy the last 6 months with relocating cities so my exercise schedule had become non-existent. I know I need to get back to doing that. I've become a grazer which is something I never wanted to happen. carbs go down much better than protein, so I've gotten too comfortable. I'm back up to 235 lbs. I just bummed that I allowed myself to lose momentum. it's a beast getting back into the groove. -

I don't even know where to begin. I must know I need to stop the snacking, carbs and coffee drinks. my butt, hips and gut are just outta control. I never made it to goal. I just don't know what's wrong with me. I need to lose 90 lbs to get to goal. I'm right back where I started 3 yrs ago. I fear I blew my opportunity to work my sleeve! it's truly depressing... sigh... -

Basically is like a Pepcid

@lovely- it's a ?proton inhibitor. It helps your sleeve not produce as much acid.
-
This happened to me once. It scared me to death. My surgeon put me on a ppi. The overproduction of acid on my stomach caused it in my case. Hope you feel better.

This challenge -is a challenge. No loss this week. Holding @ 222.

I went off track, crashed and burned. I'm 2 years post op and up 25 lbs. Trying to get back on track. Its a process for sure. Just taking it a day at a time and trying to get back to the basics, which for some reason, are so easy the second time around. But I still persevere...

I'm down 110 lbs. and went from a 8.5-9 to a 7.5. never thought that my feet were fat, but apparently I was wrong.
