We all have our issues or we wouldn't be here. My advice is to look forward. We can't change yesterday. The fact that you want to eat better is the best start you can make. I agree you may want to start your day with a protein shake. And plan ahead, boil some eggs, have mozzarella sticks in the frig, make sure you have peanut butter in the cupboard and high fiber crackers, just in case you crave something.
