Hello, I wish you the best of luck with your surgery. I had the gastric sleeve done on April 19th, 5 weeks ago today and I have lost 30 lbs. I do not regret having the surgery. Your lifestyle will change and that will be a positive change. I have met 4 ladies who also have had the sleeve and we talk on facebook all the time. They are great friends and we share each others ups and downs and we can offer inspriration to each other when one of us is having a bad week. I just joined this forum and I have found a lot of helpful info. Hang in there.

Hello, I had the gastric sleeve 5 weeks ago today. I have lost 30 lbs. I am wearing my summer clothes from last year and they are not as snug as they were last summer. I look forward to buying new clothes. But, right now I am just going to let them be to big. I look forward to buying a new fall clothes.

Hello Everyone, I had my sleeve surgery 4 weeks ago and now with summer approaching, I am craving all the fresh fruits. How long did you wait to eat fresh fruit? I know we have to watch eating things with seeds. Happy Friday Eve.

I had surgery 3 weeks ago. I am having a hard time getting all my Protein in. I eat grilled chicken and beef. I can't wait till i can eat a salad with grilled chicken on it. I need suggestions on recipe. Please
